As Global Creative Director for Mind Gym, I led the design and experience function for a pioneering learning and development consultancy serving FTSE and Fortune 100 companies. Sitting on the leadership team, I helped set strategic priorities while evolving the brand in partnership with agencies like Pentagram.
I guided the implementation and ongoing development of the Mind Gym identity, bringing it to life through learning experiences and cross-channel campaigns that reached thousands of participants daily. From client brief to culture shift, our creative work sparked engagement and drove real organizational change.
I also played a key role in accelerating the company’s double-digit growth—expanding design capabilities, streamlining workflows, and building a transatlantic team of UK and US designers who were empowered to lead with imagination and impact.
