I have helped many companies redefine their identity and impact their internal culture in the digital and physical world, including: Adobe, AT&T, BNP Paribas, BP, Coca-Cola, DFW Airport, Dignity Health, Disney, eBay, GE, Google, HPE, Intel, JPMorgan Chase, Land Rover, Microsoft, Nickelodeon, Nike, Qualcomm, The North Face, Viacom, Visa, and Walmart.

Currently, I am the design lead at Monigle Associates, one of the largest independent brand and experience consultancies in the U.S. Every day develop creative solutions for Monigle’s most complex brand identity programs and digital and environmental experiences. In addition, I co-lead and build an inclusive, multi-location creative team through hiring, skill assessment, training, team building and career pathing.

Prior to Monigle, I was the global design and experience lead at Mind Gym where I combined the latest behavioral science and engaging creative to transform the performance of FTSE and Fortune 100 professionals. Each day, I worked with psychologists and instructional designers to develop culture and performance programs that transform organizations.

The engine for my brand identity and experience expertise occured when I was at Interbrand as a Senior Creative Director. I was known for my ability to design complex brand identity systems and manage implementation, as well as develop web and print communication channels. I also led international teams in Interbrand’s New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Köln, and London offices. 

This site contains examples of work I’ve created as both a designer and design leader. It is a snapshot of my career developing strong creative based on insight-driven strategic thinking. My work not only aligns with the brand's proposition and personality, but also raises the creative bar for the organization overall.
