To support Coca-Cola’s transformation into a future-ready, growth-driven organization, we partnered with Coca-Cola University to reimagine its learning ecosystem—evolving from a traditional, fragmented training model into a cohesive, curiosity-led culture of continuous development.
Through a bold new identity system, internal campaign, and strategic learning framework, we helped articulate and activate the company’s shift toward a more agile, connected, and technology-enabled approach to learning. This included codifying shared messaging across functional schools, creating intuitive access to resources, and inspiring leaders to champion learning as a core behavior.
